He starred in ‘Steamboat Willie’, and over the years his look has changed, but his Walt-esque attitude remains. Flip the Frog was a character designed by Ubbe Iwerks, and was the first in a line of animated characters based off of animals. The Disney Princesses were created as an attempt to get girls to watch his cartoons. Alice (as in ‘Alice in Wonderland’)was based off one of his real life friends.  |
